BOOK A STEAK NIGHT FUNDRAISER
We hear frequent customer comments that our Steak Night Fundraisers are one of the best in town! Our kitchen team cuts and trims the steaks, pairing them with our fries or baked potato and caesar salad. Table service is provided rather than a simple buffet. There is plenty of room for a Silent Auction display space, and we also provide a sound system for public addresses.
Details
- Booking dates only available for Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday evenings.
- Some weekend seatings possible (subject to availability)
- Minors are allowed.
- We custom print the steak night tickets for you.
- All tickets should be redeemed within a two-hour time frame on the night of your event.
- Each customer receives a 6-ounce AAA New York striploin or 6oz grilled chicken, fries or baked potato. Beverages not included.
- Your cost per ticket is $19.31, including GST, PST and Gratuity. You must turn in the collected ticket money ($19.31 per ticket) and any unsold tickets on the day of your event. We will need to know if you will require any vegetarian options at this time.
- You can sell your tickets for $30 onwards (depending upon the funds you need to raise).
- Kid friendly menu option: Kids chicken fingers with fries. Each kid gets 2 chicken fingers with fries & a dip. Beverages not included. Your cost per ticket on Kid’s chicken fingers is $12.00 including GST & PST.
- We can keep extra tickets to be sold at the door on the night of your event.
- Start time can be either 5:00 PM or 7:00 PM.
- Minimum attendance is 25 people to a maximum of 150 in one seating (2 hours).
- We can accommodate 2 seatings in one day (each seating for 2 hours).
